The duties of the Clerk's Legal Department are to process and preserve the pleadings for all civil, felony criminal and domestic relations cases of the Seneca County Common Pleas Court General and Domestic Relations Division. Also, appeal cases to the Third District Court of Appeals from Seneca County are filed through this office.
